Is the shipping free?
Shipping is free to Canada and the USA. EU delivery is available for a flat $50. DXB does not currently ship to the Middle East. Free shipping covers the shipping charge only; import duties, customs brokerage fees, VAT, local taxes, or destination-country charges may still apply unless DXB clearly confirms otherwise in writing.
When will I receive my item?
Timing depends on the piece and on whether engraving or another adjustment is requested. DXB reviews each order before dispatch and sends confirmation images before shipping. If you need timing checked before ordering, contact DXB first.
Can I change or return my item?
Standard pieces may be considered for return within 10 days of delivery only if they are unworn, unchanged, and returned with a valid reason that DXB accepts after review. Original shipping, return shipping, customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are not refundable unless DXB confirms a verified production issue or confirmed DXB error. Custom, engraved, resized, or otherwise altered pieces are final sale unless there is a verified production issue.
