How do I get a direct answer to a special question?
Use the contact form on this page and include the details of what you need. During business hours, your message is reviewed directly so DXB can answer you by email.
Do you ship to the Middle East?
No. DXB currently ships to Canada, the USA, and selected EU destinations only. Canada and USA shipping is free, EU shipping is a flat $50, and destination-country duties, taxes, VAT, customs, or brokerage fees may still apply unless DXB clearly confirms otherwise in writing.
Can custom or engraved pieces be returned?
No. Custom, engraved, or otherwise adjusted pieces are final sale unless there is a confirmed production issue. Shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, customs, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are not refundable unless DXB confirms a verified production issue or confirmed DXB error.
