Original shipping, return shipping, customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are not refundable unless DXB confirms a verified production issue or confirmed DXB error. Custom, engraved, resized, or otherwise altered pieces are final sale unless there is a verified production issue.
