Fine jewelry is one of the few things you can buy where a large part of the price is literally weighed. We would rather show you how a dXb price is built than ask you to trust a number. Every price on this site is made of the same four parts:

1. The Precious Metal

Gold and silver are commodities with a public market price that moves every day. A piece priced in 14K gold contains 58.5% pure gold; 18K contains 75%; 10K contains 41.7%; sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. Heavier pieces and higher karats carry more metal value, and that value is the floor of the price — it is also why our prices are reviewed as metal markets move. You are not paying for a mystery: the metal in your piece has a real, checkable worth.

2. The Stones

Each product page lists the stones in that piece — their type, cut and setting. A hand-set stone costs more than a glued one, and a natural stone costs more than a created one; the page tells you which you are getting, and the price follows it.

3. The Craftsmanship

dXb pieces are designed in our Canadian studio and made in small batches, then finished and inspected by hand. Design time, casting, stone setting, polishing and quality control are skilled human hours, and they are the part of the price that mass-produced jewelry simply does not have. It is also the part that makes a piece unmistakably ours.

4. No Middlemen

We sell directly from the studio to you. There is no department-store markup, no distributor, and no licensing fee layered into the number. What you pay covers the metal, the stones, the making — and keeping the studio running.

Stamped and Registered
